10000 Series - Standard Colours

The 10000 Series is a 2-coat system based on the Kynar 500 resin system. 10000 Series is used primarily in architectural and commercial applications of a more prestigious nature. It has superior colour retention and formability properties.

Barrier - A Thick Film Plastisol System

Barrier is a 2-coat plastisol system which is typically 4, 8 or 12 mils thick depending on its end use. It is used in high performance applications and in environments where corrosion resistance is the primary concern. It has good weathering and protective properties, plus excellent formability.

For Interior Barrier applications, specify QC1546 Interior White only.

180Metallic Series - A 4-Coat Kynar 500* Based System

The Metallic/Elite Series are 4-coat systems used in prestigious applications: Metallics for flat architectural panels, and Elite for accent applications. They are available in a range of colours and metallic finishes offering very good weathering and protective properties.

For all systems shown on this colour card, a selection of the most popular colours is shown. These colours, and additional colours which may be developed for special orders, are individually priced by colour.

Important note on colour matching:

Colour can vary between different paint batches and production runs on painting lines. Over extended time periods, the colour of originally installed panels will weather and therefore, vary from that of replacement panels or panels for new additions. To improve colour matching and to maintain effective records, we recommend that customers:

  1. Include project identification and location on each order.
  2. Order all of each colour for each project at one time.
  3. Cross-reference the previous order when repeats are necessary.
